At Aesthetic Studios we take pride in the relationships we build everyday with our customers and community. The following are guidelines for our photography customers that are designed to guarantee quality and consistency for all our eveyone. 

 

Our Specialty services such as Business Management and Website Infrastructure are subject to different Terms. Inquire with our team first before booking our services so we can better understand your needs.

Booking: 

All our photography sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. This guarantees your spot and those of others. 

Large Events such as weddings and Quinces require booking at least 1-3 months in advance. 

 

Info to be collected in order to book your session: 

• Full Name 

• Email 

• Phone Number 

• Guest List (If applicable) 

 

What your photography session comes with: 

• Unlimited RAW Images within your time frame

• 1 Hour Session (If Applicable)

• Unlimited Poses

• All retouching and blemish correction included

• Editing and Custom Color-grade

• Full quality upload

• Premium Digital Album 

• Outfit Change (Varies based on type of session) 

• Location of Choice 

 

Changes and Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours ahead of your session. 

Cancelling your session without rescheduling less than 48 hours from your original time can incur a penalty fee or denial of future sessions. Of course, every case is different so please contact your photographer for guidance.

Running late to your session?

No problem, just let your photographer know!

Some services are subject to deposits. 

We require that all payments are submitted no later than 1 week after your product/photos have been completed. Late payments are subject to a 30% late fee every week thereafter. 

 

Once your images are uploaded we can do revisions based on your feedback and quality observations at no additional cost. 

 

Printing is available at an additional cost. 

 

Your images are subject to a Social Media feature. 

We collect the right to post your images to our platforms for features and advertising. If you desire privacy and your images not to be posted, you are encouraged to request this. 

 

Absolutely NO RAW Image Release. 

In order to guarantee the quality of your product, we cannot release unedited, RAW Images to the general public. All images are Property of Aesthetic Photography & Sciences Studios, Joel Rodriguez Arroyo.
